They don’t even have the basic manners to listen or respond properly. It was a very frustrating experience, and honestly, it feels like they are least bothered about customer issues or maintaining the reputation of Apollo. All I asked was a very simple thing – to return Apollo’s own sealed sugar testing strips in the box and get the amount updated in my wallet instead of cash. But the staff made it unnecessarily difficult, refused to cooperate, and behaved in the most unprofessional way possible. If this is the kind of service Apollo is providing at this branch, then people should seriously avoid it. This outlet is a disgrace to the Apollo brand."
